Blue Smoothie: Always a good idea for a snack or breakfast. This one consists of frozen banana, almond milk, blueberries. Think thats it.

Veg Juice: cucumber, beets, carrots, kale, spinach, ginger root, lemon, and pineapple. I peeled the beet to rid the dirt taste. Some people say juicing isn’t good because it rids the fruit and veg from its fiber and allows the sugar to be stored faster but hey I would never be able to eat let alone enjoy sitting down and eating that amount of raw veg so if I’m getting it in I say it’s a win.
Tip: line the waste collector of your juicer with a plastic grocery bag, this allows for a MUCH easier clean up by just taking the bag out.

Soda Syrup: 1 mango peeled and chopped, grated ginger, 2 tbsp raw honey, and juice from 1/2 a lemon. Add to glass jar and SHAKE like crazy and leave in fridge over night. The next day, strain the mixture and separate liquid. If you want you can use the remaining fruit as a “jam” or spread or just discard. The liquid can be used 1-2 tbsp over ice topped with soda water = SODA aha nice replacement if you’re craving bubbles. I got this from my amazing book Make It Paleo.
Pink Lemonade: Pink Lemonade. Yes. Juice of 8 lemons, raw honey to taste, 4 cups water, I added a couple frozen berries, more for looks than anything.. I poured over ice and about half my glass is soda water. Lemons are a high source of Vitamin C which helps keep your skin clear and healthy!
